Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Responsible for the technical quality assurance of forward deal projects
  • Planning, Monitoring and control of all project phases from obtaining building rights to completion with regard to costs, deadlines and quality, taking into account design, technical, economic, ecological and social aspects
  • Leading and controlling the entire planning team and the executing companies
  • Ensuring the smooth and holistic project management of our new construction and revitalization projects
  • Preparation of the required reporting (controlling)
  • Targeted control and monitoring of planning processes up to the building permit stage
  • Participation in the due diligence of property acquisitions

Dein Profil

  • Completed technical studies in the field of architecture/construction engineering, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the real estate and well-found knowledge in the handling of new construction projects as well as in the project management of construction projects desirable
  • Experience in all service phases in construction and/or in project management
  • Knowledge of relevant technical codes and standards as well as construction, contract and procurement law with a focus on the Netherlands
  • Good knowledge of the English language, Dutch language skills are an advantage
  • Good skills in the use of industry standard project management software as well as MS-Office
  • Authorization to drive motor vehicles
  • Organizational talent, communication skills as well as interdisciplinary thinking
  • Structured and forward-looking way of working
